Responsibilities

• Own Digital Experience Health with proactive observability, real-time scoring, and automation that measures and improves workplace performance.

Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge in Windows, macOS, virtual desktops, mobile platforms, UEM (Intune, reputed company), and reputed company reputed company.

• Strong operational track record in global device management, field services, and self-healing automation.
• Thought leader in AI-driven support, GenAI workflows, digital experience telemetry, and system health engineering.
• Trusted partner who can engage across CISO, CTO, Risk, Legal, and business functions.
