What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers who contact us regarding a range of topics, from shopping for their new pet to addressing any unexpected problems.
• Researching and problem-solving to provide solutions for customers, thinking proactively, and setting follow-reputed company as needed to ensure contact resolution.
