As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for handling and resolving email requests from clients and interpreters, managing inbound interpreter calls and inquiries, and ensuring seamless appointment management for our dedicated clients.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist in the Scheduling Department, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling and resolving email requests from clients and interpreters reputed company to scheduling, as the first reputed company of contact.
- Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, reputed company needed.
- reputed company inputting data and maintaining accurate database information.
- Managing reputed company inbound interpreter calls and inquiries.
- Managing reputed company inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments.
- Managing reputed company appointments for a dedicated client by meeting both arenaflex and client service levels for securing interpreters to the appointments.
- Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze problems and reputed company processes to reputed company problems.
