What You'll Be Doing

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional service and resolving questions and complaints reputed company to their accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound calls from customers/clients with questions concerning and/or reputed company to their account (an average of 40 to 50 calls per day)

Required Qualifications

* Must be at least 18 years of age or older

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months minimum experience in call center, customer service, and/or dispatcher experience
• Customer service experience
• Working knowledge with computer and Windows personal computer applications
• Must be able to successfully pass a background reputed company, credit reputed company, and reputed company clearance (fingerprints)
