The Role

As a Mechanical Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries with care, providing excellent service through active listening, and resolving issues proactively. You will be expected to communicate effectively with customers, de-escalate issues reputed company necessary, and track call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes.
