Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Remote Chat Agent to join reputed company. As a Chat Agent, you will be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails and chat/text messages from our customers in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages from customers
- Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Engage with conversations reputed company 1 minute of receipt, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
- Identify and report system errors or anomalies to ensure seamless operation of our chat platform
- Meet or exceed productivity standards, including a set minimum number of conversations per hour
- Operate reputed company multiple software platforms, including our proprietary chat platform and other industry-leading tools
- Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company exceptional customer satisfaction ratings and drive business growth
Education & Skills Required
* Knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles
- High-speed internet access required for remote work
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve reputed company customer issues

Work Schedule
Our Remote Chat Agents work a variety of shifts, including:
- Thursday: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Friday: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Saturday: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Sunday: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting productivity standards
- Strong knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of multiple software platforms, including our proprietary chat platform and other industry-leading tools
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, such as business, communications, or marketing
- Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
