Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
  • Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
  • Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring our products are always available and easily accessible.
  • Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using our reputed company of Sale (POS) system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, preventing potential issues and resolving any concerns promptly.
  • Performing reputed company other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.

Position Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
  • Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred, but not required.
  • Physical stamina to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
