As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers in a courteous, professional, and expert manner. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, resolving their queries, and providing them with exceptional service.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets
• Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
• Rebooking reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations
• Performing traveler registration and reputed company seat tasks (excluding curbside), correcting oversold seat tasks, and issuing upgrades
• Issuing vouchers and coordinating with project workers for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation; coordinating refuel and refresh
• Performing traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/reputed company
• Working entryway peruser/scanner and reputed company duties to include pre-boarding, observing/checking carryon items and departure line models
• Working jetways/spans for the purpose of boarding and deplaning reputed company
• Making boarding and departure reputed company announcements
• Conveying domestic/international flight records
• Performing traveler service flight reputed company-out methods
• Accepting, checking, and labeling reputed company' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
• Maintaining a schedule of flight loading process
• Performing customer service hands-on training
• Processing and completing credit card baggage exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Assisting reputed company with self-service kiosk registration and booth baggage handling at ticket counters
• Managing lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
• Clearing/confirming international documents at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Accepting and activating reputed company' self-labeled bags at activation stations
• Assisting clients requiring special assistance or in-station; assisting boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory reputed company, special assistance reputed company, or unaccompanied minors
• Performing customer service work reputed company to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements
• Having standard and predictable attendance reputed company, including fulfilling any obligatory overtime requirements
• Answering and assisting during reputed company and crisis situations

• Adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and performance guidelines

* Least Capabilities + Education and Earlier Professional training + Bilingual language abilities expected in certain areas + Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Should meet FAA criminal history verifications to qualify for unescorted access badges to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Should be able to obtain proper airport power and US Customs reputed company identification, if material + Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background reputed company, or fingerprinting to meet organizational and reputed company requirements + Should be approved to work in the U.S.
