Deliver accurate information on JetBlue’s policies, travel guidelines, and services. Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience. Manage and document interactions using internal systems. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in computer applications and customer support tools. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel industry is preferred but not required.
