This role translates customer insight into intentionally designed journeys, clear service offerings, and disciplined operating practices that drive loyalty, outcomes, and enterprise value. The VP partners across Product, Operations, Sales, Support, Quality, and Technology to ensure experience design is executed consistently at scale. Leveraging data, automation, and artificial intelligence, this leader builds closed-reputed company insight-to-action systems that improve decision-making, accelerate improvement, and reduce friction across the customer lifecycle. Duties and Responsibilities Experience Strategy, Journeys, and Offers

Experience and Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in customer experience, product, strategy, or adjacent roles.
  • Demonstrated success designing and scaling customer journeys, service models, and insight-to-action systems.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Healthcare or life sciences experience is beneficial but not required.
