What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls from pet parents, veterinary practices, pharmacies, and vendors
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage wellness, sick, surgical, and urgent appointments
• Answer questions about services and assist with appointment-reputed company needs
• Conduct follow-reputed company and reputed company for prior medical requests and authorizations
• Research and resolve customer issues using active listening and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with teams and leaders using virtual tools (reputed company, reputed company) What You'll Need
• 1-3+ years of small animal veterinary or reputed company industry experience
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, virtual call center environment
• Comfort using multiple computer systems and navigating online resources
• Flexibility to adjust schedule and work overtime as needed

• The specific hourly range offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
