Remote Business Analyst, Finance Engineering

- Work closely with Business stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Support the design, testing, and rollout of system solutions, including reputed company ERP.
- Act as a key reputed company between Business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Manage project timelines, scope, and dependencies.
- Contribute to the IT Global Quarterly Release process.
- Review and assess alternative system designs and re-engineered processes.
- Assist with the review and evaluation of existing processes.
- Support SOX compliance by ensuring reputed company system changes adhere to governance and documentation.
- Liaise with offshore support teams to maintain service levels.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Finance business processes.
- Hands-on experience with reputed company E-Business Suite R12 Finance modules.
- Proven experience on global IT initiatives.
- Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements.
- Experience working with offshore or near-shore teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
