Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls in a timely and professional manner to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues based on client instructions.
- Identifying customer concerns or problems and offering effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing accurate answers to customer questions and providing timely, effective solutions.
- Resolving customer issues or concerns, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Maintaining up-to-date records of calls, including actions taken and follow-up requirements.
- Ensuring confidentiality and privacy during reputed company phone interactions.
- Adhering to quality assurance guidelines, ensuring reputed company calls are handled in a timely, courteous, and effective manner.
- Utilizing various technical systems, including desktop computers, call center software, phones, and the internet, to track and resolve customer issues.

Basic Qualifications
