Responsibilities and Duties
As an arenaflex Chat Brand Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Being brand passionate – share your love and expertise for the game and our brand with customers
- Using primarily arenaflex golf equipment to provide expert advice and recommendations
- Communicating with customers at a professional level, ensuring a positive and engaging experience
- Familiarity with the arenaflex website and reputed company media/searches to provide accurate information and support
- Comparing and analyzing competitor products to ensure customers receive the best possible advice
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once with ease and efficiency
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of golf experience, with a deep understanding of the game and its nuances
- 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a proven track record of helping customers find the perfect equipment
