The Role

As a Customer Service Associate IV at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service functions. Your primary focus will be on developing strong business relationships with our customers, promoting and selling our products and services, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions

  • Take and process transactions reputed company phone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives
  • Respond to inquiries about arenaflex's products or services, providing accurate and timely information to meet customer needs
  • Promote and sell arenaflex's products or services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, providing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Manage backlog orders and open orders, communicating late deliveries to customers and internal teams as required
  • Investigate credit and debit requests and queries, issuing credit or debit as necessary
  • Answer technical queries from customers using online technical references and offer alternatives using available resources
  • Drive corrective actions and improvement projects to reputed company customer satisfaction levels

Requirements:

* Typically requires 4 or more years of reputed company work experience

  • Requires high school diploma
  • Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve reputed company customer issues
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including CRM and ERP systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
