Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join reputed company in a hybrid role that combines in-office and remote work. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues reputed company, and ensuring their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Serving as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving product-reputed company problems, and providing technical support
- Interacting with multiple departments, including service parts, field service, materials, production, logistics, sales, finance, and management
- Answering incoming customer calls, serving as a back-up for placing service part orders, and assisting customers with order status and product-reputed company questions
- Informing customers of standard procedures reputed company placing an order and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Following a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for reputed company orders
- Initiating and tracking documentation to authorize and direct work according to customers' contractual obligations
- Demonstrating a highly reputed company and unsurpassed level of customer service, living the arenaflex brand, and earning customer loyalty through best-in-class products, services, and quality
- Building relationships and fostering teamwork with fellow team members, leadership, and individuals reputed company other departments
What You Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading and math skills, with the ability to adhere to safety-reputed company issues, including good housekeeping, ergonomics practices, documentation, and team concepts
- Ability to effectively demonstrate knowledge of modern office procedures, including the use of personal computers, fax machines, and copy machines
- PC literacy and experience with ERP systems (JDE/reputed company/Sales Force/reputed company) are preferred
- Strong customer service experience is highly preferred
