Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Live Chat (FULLY REMOTE) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email interactions
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
  • Call on customer list to offer promotions
  • Follow up on reviews positive and negative
  • General inbound customer service

Essential Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
