Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in processing calls for patients from home hospice, home health, home infusion agencies, and medical providers. Your primary responsibility will be to receive caller's initial calls, gather information, and relay it to a clinician. This role requires strong customer care skills, excellent verbal communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients and healthcare providers

  • Gather information from callers and relay it to clinicians
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for callers
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians to resolve issues and provide support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer care skills
  • Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and patient data protection

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Evening, weekend shifts required (including holidays)
  • Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a healthcare or telehealth setting

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and telehealth platforms
