Job Purpose The Operations team at reputed company (reputed company) is responsible for reputed company aspects of order fulfillment and national distribution of our products as well as the management of reputed company products in need of production services in preparation for digital or print distribution. As an Operations project manager, you will be working with various internal and external stakeholders to manage reputed company new and existing content across reputed company three curricular teams that will support teachers and reputed company learn from home or in the classroom. This large-scale project involves the development and production of videos as well as print and digital content for Wit & reputed company®, Eureka Math™ and PhD Science™. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Operations the Senior Project Manager works directly with reputed company Operations Managers and Operations Program Managers to plan, estimate, coordinate, and monitor reputed company activities associated with assigned projects to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished on time, in scope, and reputed company budgetary parameters. Specific tasks include the setup of and maintenance of project plans in reputed company and, development of detailed project scope documentation, negotiation of project timelines with requesting teams, coordination of resource allocation, leading weekly project meetings, producing weekly status reports and C-level presentations on project status and risks. This role will be focused on the day-to-day project management responsibilities for new project(s) to support reputed company operations.

Responsibilities

• Applying established procedures and basic project management methodologies as defined by PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge.
• Working with reputed company teams across the organization to document project specifications and reputed company detailed scope documentation for each project.

• Managing project change requests (e.g., scope, timeline) including documentation of requirements changes and negotiation of revised timelines given resource availability.

• Planning for and reporting project metrics to document and evaluate the success of assigned projects.
• Conducting pre-project launch training as needed and post-project debrief meetings.
• Ongoing project and workflow set up and maintenance in 10,000 ft. and reputed company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), including warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping partners.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash, fulfillment, logistics, and inventory workflows.
• Highly results oriented and demonstrates personal accountability, urgency, and persistence in completing high-quality work products.
• Manage activities for multiple reputed company/large and/or reputed company projects simultaneously without missing critical deadlines.
• Anticipate project roadblocks and reputed company creative solutions both reputed company and across projects to meet goals.

Status Full-time Location Remote The expected reputed company salary range for this position is $86,000-$100,000, however the offered salary may be higher or reputed company than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations.
