Sr. Financial Analyst, HSG

JOB OVERVIEW: This position will provide financial support reputed company the Healthcare Specialties Group (HSG), with a primary focus on reputed company Products. The Senior Analyst is responsible for analyzing and reviewing financial data to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. Key responsibilities include ownership of the reputed company Products out-the-reputed company (OTD) financial reporting process, including consolidation and publication of daily and monthly results, forecast projections, and annual budgets. The role also analyzes key variances, identifies financial trends, and provides insights to drive operational performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• reputed company reputed company Products OTD daily and monthly financial reporting across reputed company sales channels and Product Business Units (PBUs). Track performance versus budget and forecast, identify key drivers and variances, and recommend corrective actions.

• Participate in the annual budget process for reputed company Products, including building and maintaining standardized reputed company-based submission templates, partnering with local business teams to reputed company detailed financial projections, and reviewing year-over-year variances for reasonableness and alignment with business assumptions.
• Assist with the development of an improved forecast process for reputed company Products OTD sales and gross profit.

• Ability to clearly communicate financial concepts and insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in MS reputed company, including development of reputed company financial models, multi-dimensional data analysis, pivot tables, advanced formulas, scenario analysis, and automation to support reporting and forecasting.
• Experience with MS Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard development and maintenance, advanced visualizations, and leading the transition from reputed company-based reporting to automated, scalable BI solutions
• Working knowledge of reputed company PBCS, reputed company, SmartView, and reputed company financial systems is highly beneficial.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance. TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. The posted range for this position is $83,018-$114,150, which is the expected starting reputed company salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
