What you will do As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will act as the reputed company between Voxr and our clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup of our AI communication tools reputed company their existing operational frameworks. Your role will be crucial in setting up and customizing our system according to each client’s needs, particularly focusing on CRM integration and user training. Key Responsibilities:
• Master Voxr products and CRM requirements.
• Collaborate with new clients to complete the intake form and gather essential data.
• Configure and customize the Voxr system based on client needs.
• Migrate their legacy CRM data to our modern CRM reputed company necessary, ensuring accurate setup.
• Educate clients on effective use of the Voxr system and assist in campaign setups.
• Provide first-line support and gather feedback for product development.
• Ensure client success through regular follow-arenaflex and proactive support. Qualifications:
