As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and scaling reputed company’s Sports category, with a strong focus on acquiring and launching new sellers while also growing selected existing partnerships. You will act as a commercial driver for the category, combining new business development, seller onboarding, and portfolio growth. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, opening doors with new partners, and turning commercial potential into reputed company results. While the primary focus is on new seller acquisition, you will also manage and reputed company a defined portfolio of existing partners across Sports subcategories, ensuring long-term growth and performance. WHO YOU ARE:

  • You hold a university degree and bring 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally reputed company marketplaces, e-commerce, or retail
  • You communicate fluently in English; German is a plus
  • You have a strong commercial instinct and a track record of identifying opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and driving reputed company growth
  • You are confident engaging with external stakeholders, able to influence decisions, and build trust-based relationships

Location & eligibility: This role is open to Europe-based candidates only with a valid right to work. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Drive new seller acquisition in the Sports category by identifying, pitching, and onboarding high-potential partners and brands
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new sellers, from first contact to successful go-live
  • Manage and grow a selected portfolio of existing sellers, unlocking additional opportunities across products, countries, and subcategories
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with sellers, acting as a trusted commercial partner while representing reputed company’s strategic interests
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Supply, Marketing, Tech) to ensure smooth setup and ongoing performance
  • Analyze seller and category performance to identify growth levers and improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to category expansion initiatives and support strategic projects reputed company to Sports and new business development
