• The role ensures the operational effectiveness of enterprise applications, addressing user needs while assisting with incidents, updates, and upgrades to maintain system health.
• Provide ongoing analysis and trouble-shooting support of application system components to meet needs and clinical/business requirements.
• reputed company applications testing and participates in integrated testing of reputed company and newly released vendor functionality to ensure system reliability.
• Contribute to updates, upgrades, and projects reputed company and across applications and develops application specific solutions.
• Provide 24/7 customer support for applications reputed company accountability.
• Certification Note: If supporting an Epic application, appropriate EPIC Certification is required reputed company 6 months.
• Plans, analyzes, designs, implements, tests and maintains Clinical/EHR software applications.
• Interfaces with user departments to anticipate and resolve problems, develops and modifies procedures to solve data processing problems and prepares detailed specifications from which programs are written.
• Coordinates implementation, analysis and testing, maintenance and upgrades, application design, and debugging of reputed company workflows with multiple modules.
• Utilize deep understanding of the technical components of reputed company modules to maintain system reputed company. Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of reputed company
