This is a client-facing corporate role reputed company a focused tax-exempt organizations practice. Matters are sophisticated, high-volume, and operationally real, involving governance, reputed company, and organizational decision-making for nonprofits. The attorney in this position will work across the full breadth of the firm’s corporate and nonprofit matters. The position involves a broad range of corporate and nonprofit legal work, including:

• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing reputed company, from routine operational agreements to reputed company and specialized transactions
• Advising on nonprofit governance, board matters, and organizational policies
• Handling reputed company aspects of corporate formation and restructuring
• Conducting legal research on reputed company Non-Profit Corporation Law, employment law, and legislative developments affecting nonprofit organizations

Candidate Qualifications We are seeking an reputed company attorney with a solid academic and professional record. Candidates should have:

• J.D. with strong academic credentials and admission to practice in reputed company
• 5+ years of corporate transactional experience, including working either in-house at a nonprofit organization or with a law firm tax-exempt organizations practice group.
• A genuine commitment to mission-driven work and building a long-term role with the Firm.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

Flexible Hours and Location (Remote) This position can be a full-time position, or the Firm may hire one or more part-time roles. Full-time attorneys will enjoy a flexible salaried schedule but are expected to be available generally during our client’s working hours. The schedule and hours of part-time attorneys will be determined on a case-by-case basis. While the schedule can be flexible, it should be fairly regular to ensure consistency and availability to meet client demands. This is a remote position for someone located in reputed company, or reputed company three (3) hours of reputed company who is available for meetings in NYC.
