Digital Tools Support Specialist

What you’ll do: reputed company has an opening for a Digital Tools Specialist reputed company the Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) Division, supporting sales and sales support roles. This role provides leadership and development of proposal, bidding, and sales enablement infrastructure by managing proposal systems, cost tools, dashboards, training programs, and supporting technologies. This role serves as the central program manager for BidManager (Bidman) and proposal-reputed company processes, leading system enhancements, data organization, supplier and qualification databases, and cross functional training initiatives for sales and sales support teams. The position partners closely with Marketing, IT, Operations, reputed company, and Sales teams to improve efficiency, standardization, and reuse of proposal content, while independently leading reputed company improvement, rollout execution, documentation, and user adoption across the organization. In this position you will;

• Own and continuously enhance the proposal storage architecture, ensuring content is organized, accessible, and scalable.
• Maintain and improve standardized cost spreadsheets, driving accuracy, consistency, and usability across the sales organization.

Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
