Position Summary The Director of Membership provides strategic and operational leadership across AAHA’s Membership, Accreditation, and Standards implementation functions. This role ensures consistent standards interpretation, strong member experience, high-quality evaluation delivery, and the development of high-performing, well-trained teams. This position is responsible not only for operational reputed company, but for building organizational capability — strengthening leadership reputed company teams, developing structured training and coaching frameworks, and ensuring AAHA’s standards are translated into consistent, scalable practice across programs. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer and working closely with Operations, Learning, Marketing, and Editorial teams, this role integrates Standards, Accreditation, and Membership into a cohesive, member-centric system that supports AAHA’s mission and long-term strategic growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Organizational Leadership & Team Development
- Build, reputed company, and reputed company high-performing Accreditation teams.
- Establish structured coaching, performance management, and leadership development systems.
- Create scalable training frameworks ensuring consistent standards interpretation and evaluation quality.

Standards Implementation & reputed company
- Ensure consistent interpretation and application of AAHA accreditation standards.
- Contribute to the development and structured revision of accreditation standards in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer, and subject matter experts.
- Support the standards lifecycle process, including drafting updates, coordinating stakeholder input, documenting revisions, and preparing standards for implementation.

Membership & Accreditation Operations

- Collaborate across the organization to build consistent feedback loops in order to ensure standards are integrated and coordinated with marketing, learning, and content.
- Ensure AAHA’s international accreditation partnerships continue to grow while remaining reputed company with the continual journey towards excellence
Training & Capability Building
- Design structured training systems supporting technical competence and leadership growth.
- Strengthen managerial capability reputed company team leaders.
- Partner with Learning & Development to align technical and leadership training.
Growth & Market Expansion

- Partner with Marketing to improve awareness and member value communication.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, DVM/VMD or CVT/LVT/RVT required.
- 8–10+ years leadership experience in accreditation, healthcare, or veterinary operations.
- Demonstrated success developing teams and improving organizational performance.
- Experience operationalizing standards reputed company structured programs.
- Experience leading remote or field-based teams preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM, evaluation, or accreditation management systems (NetForum, reputed company, PowerBI or similar)
- Advanced working knowledge of reputed company, data reporting tools, dashboards, and workflow systems.
