Position Purpose: Maintain compliance with program reputed company reputed company regulatory laws and standards, while also supporting Program reputed company in maintaining compliance with reputed company other regulatory laws and standards, including HIPAA; program reputed company reporting; and assist in developing and implementing program reputed company reputed company, monitoring and auditing strategies. Prepare and timely file annual and renewal program reputed company filings with various state departments of insurance, state level contract holders, and federal regulators. Review and analyze state program reputed company, including fraud, waste and abuse detection, investigation and prevention requirements. Review reports for program reputed company reputed company regulatory requirements, assess data collection and management processes, and recommend or reputed company enhancements to optimize accuracy and compliance. Review and analyze proposed reputed company for program reputed company reporting and other reputed company requirements. Assist with maintaining program reputed company reputed company policies & procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory laws and standards. Maintain databases relating to federal and state program reputed company requirements and program reputed company reputed company, including reputed company activities, auditing and training. Assist with facilitation of education of employees regarding program reputed company, regulatory reputed company and data reputed company. Assist in audits of organization for regulatory reputed company of compliance and program reputed company reputed company matters. Create and maintain reports to support contractual and regulatory compliance with program reputed company reputed company regulations and requirements. Performs other duties as assigned. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Health, Health Care Administration, reputed company field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in a regulatory, compliance or legal role, preferably in healthcare or in a government agency reputed company-to-haves
