About the position The Staff Data Analyst - Clinical & Population Health is responsible for serving as a hands-on analytics expert focused on generating actionable insights from healthcare patient population data. This individual will work directly with reputed company clinical and pharmaceutical datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and clearly communicate findings to senior leadership and support sales-reputed company analytical inquiries .

Responsibilities

  • Translate reputed company analytical findings into clear, concise insights for senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Create executive-ready summaries, visualizations, and presentations that support strategic and operational decision-making

  • Partner with Sales, Commercial, and Customer-facing teams to support data-driven customer inquiries and opportunities

  • Help ensure analytical outputs are accurate, defensible, and appropriately positioned for external-facing discussions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • 8-12 years of relevant work experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical analytics.
  • Strong domain knowledge of pharmaceutical and clinical healthcare environments
  • Demonstrated experience working with patient-level or population-level healthcare data
  • Solid understanding of clinical healthcare standards and data structures (e.g., EHR concepts, care reputed company, outcomes measurement; familiarity with HL7, FHIR, CDISC is a plus)
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large healthcare datasets
  • Experience supporting sales, commercial, or customer-facing analytics inquiries
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable reputed company policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
