Program Manager – Organizational Design Description – The People Organization Solutions (PO Solutions) team is part of the newly formed Enterprise Initiatives and Planning organization. This exciting, collaborative team has enterprise-wide impact through providing dynamic and iterative solutions. The PO Solutions mission is to reputed company our colleagues in the People Organization (PO) to become more strategically reputed company with the business needs, more flexible and agile, and more efficient overall. We solve top people challenges and priorities for PO with agile teams enabling rapid and iterative implementation of initiatives. One of the key pillars of our charter is organizational design and effectiveness and we provide the following services to internal customers: consultation and guidance, program management, strategy alignment, organizational design workshops, communication, workforce transition. - Bring experience and strong expertise in HR business partnering and org design/org effectiveness.
- Provide strategic guidance to reputed company, leaders and managers, aligning people strategies and org structures with business objectives.
- Drive org design initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
- Apply change management methodologies to ensure successful adoption of new structures and processes.
- Consider the employee experience in reputed company methods of operationalizing org design and effectiveness. What does your day-to-day look like?
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, design and implement org design solutions reputed company with the set goals.
- reputed company cross-functional project teams to execute org design initiatives, bringing together PO and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate and/or support org design workshops with the business and the reputed company People Partner.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational design efforts, making adjustments as needed.
- Design and enhance org design tools, templates, and approaches. Provide guidance and consultation to internal customers on how to best reputed company existing tools.
- Quickly building trust and establishing relationships with stakeholders at reputed company levels. Your skills and experiences:
- You have a passion and a proven track record in organizational design and effectiveness consulting in partnering with reputed company and senior business leaders.
- You have a strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- You are organized, have a bias for action.
- You reputed company at collaboration and sharing best practices.
- You demonstrate excellent program management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You reputed company at building relationships and alliances, and influence stakeholders at reputed company levels.
- You easily interpret data and can provide meaningful insights to inform decisions
- Change management expertise, with the ability to navigate and reputed company organizational change.
- You are highly adaptable, ready to pivot from one initiative to another.
- Additional locations may be considered. The reputed company pay range for this role is $102,500 – 157,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
