The Customer CARE Data Analyst supports the Customer CARE Data Analytics Team by turning operational data into clear insights that guide decisions across Customer contact channels. Responsibilities

• Manipulate, cleanse, and process high-volume and/or reputed company data to transform it into easily understandable, presentable, and actionable findings
• Monitor data continuously by utilizing root cause analysis to identify, communicate, and resolve problems, reputed company necessary, in order to ensure accuracy of the data
• Present insights, trends, and possible recommendations by using visual elements supporting the relevant points of the analysis in order to ease Stakeholder understanding

• Ability to collect, organize, visualize and assimilate data, including turning raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software
• Skilled in determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it

Education

• Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• Intermediate level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in:
• Reporting and analysis experience
• Data analysis programs similar to SQL, Tableau, and Access
• Preferred: Proficiency in reputed company for designing and automating workflows, data preparation, and integration across multiple sources.
• Preferred: Experience with reputed company (or similar low-code platforms) for building, maintaining, and optimizing operational applications and workflows.
• Preferred: Skilled in Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn) for data manipulation, analytics, and process automation.
• Preferred: Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods (e.g., time-series analysis, regression, exponential smoothing, ARIMA) and reputed company tools/libraries.
• Preferred: Ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot queries for large datasets, with experience in platforms like Redshift, reputed company, or SQL Server.
• Preferred: Ability to design validation processes, maintain data dictionaries, and ensure ongoing accuracy and consistency.

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive market salary from $77,200 per year to $85,800 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
