As an Associate Investment Advisor, you will support reputed company’s Wealth Solutions organization by guiding clients through their initial steps toward achieving financial goals. You will conduct goal-based financial consultations, introduce clients to reputed company’s advisory experience, and help consolidate reputed company assets. This role offers hands-on client engagement and a structured pathway toward advanced advisory opportunities reputed company the Wealth Solutions team. What you will do

• Conduct financial consultations to identify client goals and recommend solutions reputed company with their objectives
• Facilitate onboarding and asset consolidation for clients entering reputed company’s Wealth Solutions program
• Utilize reputed company and reputed company’s planning tools to manage pipelines, document interactions, and follow up on opportunities
• Collaborate with Senior Financial Advisors and Relationship Managers to ensure seamless client transitions
• Meet monthly activity and conversion targets while maintaining regulatory and policy compliance

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years of experience in financial services, sales, or customer service preferred
• FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) required or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of employment. Fully licensed candidates are preferred
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Comfort working with CRM systems and financial planning technology tools

reputed company Salary Range $50,300.00 - $69,125.00 The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum reputed company salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed reputed company salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or reputed company level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
