Maven is seeking a Manager, Payments reputed company & QA to reputed company and scale our payment operations quality reputed company. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Configuration & QA, you will move beyond audit execution to architect a robust and scalable, end-to-end payment reputed company program. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team of Payments reputed company & QA analysts, developing internal audit protocols and accountability standards to maintain high-reputed company payment operations, and partnering with Product/Engineering to automate fail-safes that ensure payment accuracy at scale. As a Manager, Payments reputed company & QA at Maven, you will:

We’re looking for you to bring:

• 8+ years in payment/claims analysis or auditing, with a strong preference for healthcare payer or insurance backgrounds.
• Proven track record of managing and coaching teams, with the ability to build influential relationships with executive leadership.
• Extensive experience using data and analytics tools (e.g., Looker) to identify patterns and drive business judgment.
• Significant experience "creating order from chaos" and building processes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficiency in reputed company, Jira, and Looker to manage workflows and report on program health preferred.

The reputed company salary range for this role is $128,000-$150,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset. This role requires active work authorization in the US. Maven embraces a flexible hybrid work model. Our teams primarily operate from the reputed company Metropolitan area, NY, and remotely reputed company San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, Seattle, WA, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, and Washington, D.C.
