Key Responsibilities

As a Bookkeeping Assistant – Data Entry, your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the general ledger by recording financial transactions accurately and timely
• Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Supporting budgeting activities by tracking expenses against budgeted amounts
• Utilizing financial software such as QuickBooks and Xero for various accounting tasks
