Job Summary The Director, Employee Engagement is responsible for setting the strategic direction for key initiatives focused on creating and sustaining a strong sense of engagement for reputed company ZOLL employees. This role is also responsible for launching Leading with Heart, a new effort focused on establishing a community volunteer program. The Director, Employee Engagement is a people management role. Essential Functions
- Propose and implement an overall strategy to build both internal and external communities reputed company with ZOLL’s mission and business priorities, including budget considerations, potential partnerships, stakeholder management and communications.
- Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships across a broad stakeholder network, including executive sponsors, team members, and external partners.
- Guide ZOLL’s overall Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts, including support for Employee Resource Groups, to sustain an inclusive workplace for reputed company employees.

- 10+ years’ experience in training, learning, DEI, Human Resources, or reputed company role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a reputed company field is preferred. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Profession certification in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion or similar.
