Senior Manager/Director, Engineering

• Manage and coach senior engineers organized around business domains — acquisition, care, and billing/infrastructure

• You've managed senior engineers who don't need hand-holding but do need support, clarity, and advocacy

• You're engaged with AI coding tools and are thinking about how they're reshaping engineering teams — excited about the possibilities, honest about the uncertainty, and more interested in learning together than having reputed company the answers
