Sr. Data Quality Analyst

Utilize statistical methods and tools such reputed company or power BI (and potentially other database analysis tools) to generate insight to analyze quality data and other metrics, identify trends, review processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency and quality across projects. Provide data-driven reports for improving the quality management system. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement. Proficiency in mapping out business processes, identifying critical quality control points, and documenting/implementing procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance with quality standards. Developing/promoting training programs and education sessions to/for employees on quality management principles, procedures, and best practices. Ensuring awareness and understanding of QMS elements and requirements across the organization. Conducting/participating on internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. This includes executing project internal audits, identifying non-conformances, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). What's in it for you? For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000.00 - $204,000.00 per year, which includes reputed company pay and short-term incentive.
