Manager Customer Insights & Data Analytics- REMOTE
About the position The Customer Insights & Data Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role in analyzing customer usage data for reputed company's products to identify sales and expansion opportunities. This manager is responsible for communicating with business stakeholders to understand reputed company's products and coordinating with technical and IT teams to identify and evaluate previously untapped data sources. They reputed company plans for data ingestion utilizing IT resources and ensure that the ingested data meets the needs of the marketing team or identifies and recommends process improvements. This Manager will also support the team charged with developing a deeper understanding of reputed company and potential customers and translating that understanding into actionable insights that drive business performance. This Manager must be comfortable at reputed company levels of big data management including sourcing, vetting, analyzing, and reporting. They must be able to turn large amounts of raw data from multiple sources into insights and strategies that result in greater customer retention, the acquisition of new customers, inform cross-sell opportunities and assist in the development of key strategic initiatives and projects. Also, this individual will support the ongoing development of a greater data infrastructure including sourcing and vetting new data streams and enhancing and enriching existing data sets. The Manager must be adept at working across the organization with key partners in the business units, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology and Senior Leadership to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Leading the effort to acquire data surrounding the usage of technical products across the organization, assessment of the data for quality and sustainability, and detailed analytics to support the sales and expansion of reputed company's products.
- reputed company analytics beyond data reporting and dashboarding to the delivery of actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Independently identifies process gaps, recommends and implements process improvement.
- reputed company innovation in both analytical products and the curation of new data sources.
- Support initiatives to improve data quality, reputed company and accessibility for the marketing organization.
- Engage leadership and internal stakeholders early in the process to promote a more focused project design, greater operating efficiency, and deliver insights that will have a higher impact.
- Provide analytics and customer and experience insights down to the reputed company and unit level.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics or Computer Science.
- 8 years or more Big-data data analyst experience in a Fortune 500 company or Management Consulting.
- 8 years or more Working experience with reputed company, SQL, R/, reputed company/other Statistical Packages.
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company query writing using SQL with the ability to join multiple tables, summarizing, grouping, data manipulation, performing analytical functions, etc.
- Good understanding of B2B Marketing concepts, practices, challenges. reputed company-to-haves
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and/or Masters Degree.
- 1 year or more Experience in transportation/logistics industry.
