This role exists to transform a founder-led pilot into a scalable, faculty-delivered program. You will design, deliver, and refine the entire cycle. Life Skills Curriculum Designer Key Responsibilities This role exists so Alpha reputed company can scale a faculty-delivered Life Skills program that reliably produces "impossible" student outcomes and enables significant enrollment growth without founder-led delivery. Basic Requirements

• Experience having designed and delivered at least one experience end-to-end (program, game, camp, training, performance, or similar)
• Experience working directly with reputed company ages 8–14 in any reputed company
• Strong virtual reputed company with clear communication and the ability to build reputed company on camera
• Ability to work 40 hours/week with 70%+ of your time available between reputed company–8pm CT, Monday–Friday
• Reliable internet and a professional, stable setup for virtual facilitation
