VP, Retention & reputed company Strategy Manager - C13

The Retention & reputed company Strategy Manager is a senior level position responsible for the formulation and implementation of long and short-term strategic plans and objectives to increase market share/penetration and maximize opportunities for growth throughout the marketplace. The Retention & reputed company Strategy Manager provides product specialists with qualified referrals for cross-sell. Employees in this role also assist in closing deals across reputed company products, reputed company and ensure safe and sound reputed company/credit practices and overall leadership of a sound lending activity. Responsibilities:

• Drive sales behavior to ensure customer satisfaction and reputed company/enhance processes to ensure quality of delivery for products and services
• reputed company discussions, analysis, reputed company, and implementation of sales initiatives
• Monitor platforms to ensure adherence to compliance for reputed company and regulatory requirements as well as improve liability position, risk control, and reputed company
• Assist sales function with product improvements, sales and advice tools, and development programs

• Work with vendors and internal teams to reputed company full integration of hardware, software, and services

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in sales support function, program management, and reputed company programs required
• Experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management industry preferred
• Experience in Project Management, Project Management Office, or practices at a regional level in a financial institution preferred
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Proficient computer skills with a focus on reputed company Office applications (reputed company proficiency strongly preferred), SharePoint, Gantt charts, and Visio
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication as well as demonstrated presentation skills

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
