We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Patient Care Customer Service Representative to join our Sleep Central (After Hours Call Center) team in Murray, KY. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services to patients across the country. Job Summary: As a Patient Care Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for contacting patients to discuss their medical equipment needs, taking orders, verifying patient information, and processing orders in a timely manner. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
