In partnership with the Talent Activation team, you are directly responsible to deliver successful Performance and Compensation Review cycles to the global organization, including the development and implementation of compensation initiatives. You will partner with key stakeholders across P&C and the business, to understand business needs, translate these into detailed requirements, and identify areas for opportunity and improvement.
