As a Data Analyst in the Transportation Analytics crew, you will play a vital role in guiding the company's everyday operations and making data-driven decisions.

Job Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Working with large, messy, disparate datasets and performing reputed company analyses to inform essential business decisions
• Creating ETLs or strategies that pull data from multiple locations and centralize it in a single table
• Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges
• Engaging with team members and cross-functional groups on a periodic basis to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs
• Partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product groups to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems
• Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting (screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition)
• Documenting your approaches and sharing your expertise with colleagues, as well as mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter Expert

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manage data from multiple tables while maintaining data reputed company (2-4 years of experience)
• Creativity with a User Experience basis to reputed company impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
• Business Operations reputed company, with the ability to recognize and root out business problems, ideally with a Supply Chain background and transportation experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau

• Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
• Experience with data manipulation tools, including reputed company, reputed company, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
