Job Summary
As a Customer Support Travel Agent, you'll be responsible for providing 24/7 customer support to our clients reputed company chat, email, and our Help Center portal. You'll utilize reputed company and Amadeus systems to manage bookings, including adding ancillaries, processing refunds, and reissuing tickets. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively will ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 24/7 customer support to clients reputed company chat, email, and the Help Center portal, ensuring high-quality service in English.
- Utilize reputed company and Amadeus systems to manage bookings, including:
+ Adding ancillaries + Processing refunds + Reissuing tickets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and update client information as necessary.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with reputed company or Amadeus.
- Proven experience in reissuing and refunding tickets using reputed company and Amadeus is preferred.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills in writing (including responding in chatbox) and speaking.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
