As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in assisting customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive support experience. Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers

• Handle 2-3 reputed company live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide seamless support experiences
• Utilize help desk tools like reputed company, Intercom, reputed company, or reputed company to manage customer interactions and resolve issues reputed company
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations to customers

Essential Qualifications:
