Job Summary
As a Customer Service Remote Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service to our clients through our 24/7/365 Access-a-Ride transportation program. You'll work remotely, using your own computer and headset, and will be required to attend three days of on-site training and occasional meetings in our office. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat support
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate reputed company problems to supervisors
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately document customer interactions and update records
- Collaborate with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on phone and email support
