Role Overview – IAM Practice Manager – Customer Experience (French‑Speaking)

arenaflex is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and hands‑on professional to own the end‑to‑end success journey of our French‑speaking customers in the UK and Poland. As the IAM Practice Manager – Customer Experience, you will be the trusted advisor and champion for our customers, guiding them through adoption, optimization, and expansion of arenaflex’s identity solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Adoption & Value Realization: Design and execute tailored adoption plans, monitor usage trends, and provide proactive recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Cross‑Functional Alignment: Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services to ensure product roadmaps and service delivery are reputed company with customer priorities.
