The role involves standard development and customizations, managing user accounts, configuring applications, and collaborating with other technical staff to ensure quality product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Attend/reputed company team stand up meetings
• Maintain reputed company Sys Admin certifications
• Pursue additional certifications such as reputed company Platform App Builder
• Manage reputed company User accounts
• Conduct high-volume data export, transformation and load into enterprise applications
• Configure existing controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across reputed company platforms
• Configure reports and dashboards
• Field and own support tickets from user community
• Maintain system and process documentation, such as data structures, integrations, workflows, and account management
• Development of best practices including application lifecycle management, integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
• Responsible for providing hands on assistance to other developers (both junior and senior) on the G&O team for technical issues

• Design, create and translate functional requirements into technical requirements
• Participate in defect review meetings with business team leads as well as implementation reputed company and prioritize development tasks around project milestones

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Liberal Arts or a reputed company technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, certifications or work experience

• Management experience or leading a support/delivery team
