[Remote] Associate Loss Control/Risk Management Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Associate Loss Control/Risk Management Consultant will evaluate insurance risk, identify property and liability exposures, and provide risk management services to customers under reputed company supervision.

Responsibilities

• reputed company working knowledge of Zenith Agribusiness risk evaluation and risk improvement techniques, practices, and procedures
• Participate in and eventually conduct reputed company surveys at prospect and policyholder locations to define business operations, fire protection elements and exposures, liability control measures and commercial auto exposures and controls
• reputed company ability to identify and evaluate the following fire protection exposures: fire sprinkler systems, alarm systems, water supplies, hydrant systems for both private and public systems
• reputed company ability to evaluate effectiveness of prospect and policyholder food safety programs
• reputed company ability to identify reputed company level complexity engineering and/or administrative controls to reduce property and liability loss potential
• reputed company ability to use analyze loss data to identify key trends and prioritize policyholder service needs
• reputed company understanding of how to create recommendations that reduce policyholder property and liability exposures
• Learn techniques to influence policyholder safety decision making
• Learn to prepare effective reports for policyholders and internal partners
• reputed company basic knowledge of property casualty; including understanding of reputed company, and claims practices
• Learn how to effectively market Zenith Agribusiness and the Risk Management department
• reputed company ability to build and maintain productive policyholder work relationships
• reputed company basic understanding of key performance measures for a property & casualty insurance reputed company
• reputed company basic understanding of P&C insurance agent and broker operation
• Learn how to reputed company effective policyholder training and sales presentations
• Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Works productively and harmoniously with others on a consistent basis

• Consistently maintain professional and appropriate demeanor

Skills

• High School Diploma Or equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of training/experience preferred field of study in occupational safety, or engineering or equivalent combination of training and/or experience required
• Willing to reputed company working toward recognized professional designation such as CSP, ARM, AFIS, CPCU, etc
• Ability to present reputed company effectively in formal and informal situations; conveying thoughts clearly and concisely
• Listens well and asks good questions
• Communicates well in writing and comfortable making public presentations
• Knowledge of reputed company Office Suite and other common business software
• Ability to learn and use proprietary Zenith systems
• Ability to effectively operate mobile computer and communication devices
• Driver License in good standing
