Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal RealPage staff at reputed company levels.
• Navigate unique or reputed company business scenarios to best configure reputed company Management.
• Review pricing recommendations for strategic customers or on the customers behalf to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Regular discussions with site, regional and asset managers reputed company to pricing questions. Research and evaluate model reputed company questions reputed company to reputed company Management with customers.
• Consult with customers on parameter reviews and tuning and reputed company strategic recommendations.

• Coordinate with other RealPage teams as needed to facilitate timely implementation and overall client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of experience in multifamily property management or reputed company industry.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence others. Strong project management skills required; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with RealPage products or other property management software. Ability to adapt to change and work well in an autonomous dynamic environment.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and work reputed company normal business hours at times depending upon workload.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively assess and address risk.
• Analytical background and ability to learn new systems quickly.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Experience mentoring or training others. Experience delivering professional presentations and dealing with senior executives.
