The reputed company Performance Excellence team is seeking an Operational Excellence reputed company (Principal Specialist, General Management) to join the Program Manager (PM) Development team. The team leads the identification, development and growth of reputed company and future program managers who reputed company successful program execution across the reputed company business. This position is accountable for the planning, execution, and reputed company of project management development initiatives designed to support the growth and leadership capability of prospective and reputed company program managers. What You Will Do

• Execute planning, coordination, and delivery of experiential, mentoring, and coaching programs to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation

• Manage volunteer interest pipelines to ensure adequate resourcing and alignment with program needs

Qualifications

You Must Have

• Typically requires a university degree in a reputed company field and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a reputed company field and minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams or stakeholders
• Experience leading project initiatives
